Article 1 – Scope

These General Terms of Sale (GTS) apply, without restriction or reservation, to all sales concluded by ASTRAEA PARIS ("the Seller") to consumers and non-professional buyers ("the Customers"), wishing to acquire products offered for sale on the website www.astraeaparis.com.

Article 2 – Products and customization

All products are luxury pieces pre-ordered and customized (engraving, choice of materials, etc.). In accordance with Article L. 221-28 3° of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is excluded for all products sold on the site.

Article 3 – Prices

Prices are indicated in euros including all taxes (TTC), including French VAT at the current rate. For deliveries outside the European Union, the price will be automatically deducted from French VAT at cart validation. Customs duties or local taxes remain the responsibility of the Customer.

Article 4 – Orders

Any order constitutes irrevocable acceptance of these GTS. The Customer receives a confirmation email summarizing their customized order.

Article 5 – Payment

Payment is due immediately upon order. Accepted secure payment methods are: credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay via Stripe and PayPal.

Article 6 – Manufacturing and delivery times

Since products are made to order, the manufacturing and delivery time is 6 to 12 weeks (communicated precisely at the time of order). Any reasonable delay cannot give rise to any compensation or cancellation.

Article 7 – Delivery and transfer of risks

Delivery is carried out by specialized carriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS). Transfer of risks occurs upon delivery of the package to the Customer or the designated person.

Article 8 – Legal warranties and authentication

All products benefit from:

• legal warranty of conformity (articles L.217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code)
• warranty against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code)

Each piece is delivered with a numbered and signed certificate of authenticity.

Article 9 – Intellectual property

All elements of the site and products are protected by copyright, trademarks, and designs and models. Any counterfeiting will result in prosecution.

Article 10 – Applicable law – Disputes

These GTS are subject to French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent consumer mediator or French courts.
