Returns and Exchanges:

Each Astraea piece is made to order and personalized for its owner. Because they are uniquely yours, personalized pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.

Before leaving our atelier, every piece undergoes a careful quality control. In the event that your piece arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at customer@astraea-paris.com within 7 days of delivery and before using the piece. Upon assessment we will arrange the appropriate resolution.

Shipping and Delivery:

Each Astraea piece is made to order following your purchase.

Please allow 2-4 weeks for your piece to be crafted. Once ready, your order will be dispatched using an express service with delivery generally taking 3-5 business days. A priority service is available for an extra fee.

Duties and Taxes:

For destinations available at checkout, all applicable duties and taxes are included in the price shown online.

If your destination is currently not available on our store, we will still be pleased to serve you. Please contact us at customer@astraea-paris.com and we will provide information on product price, shipping, duties and taxes applicable to your location and in your currency.

Lost Shipments:

Please contact us immediately if your order appears to have been lost in transit. Once the loss is confirmed, we will initiate a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement.
